Circolo Surf Torbole is a legendary spot on Lake Garda, located in Torbole sul Garda, at the far north of the lake, on the Trentino side. Torbole is THE historic mecca for windsurfing and kitesurfing on Lake Garda, hosting international competitions since the 1980s. Torbole's position at the northern tip of the lake makes it the ideal spot for the Peler (north wind) which is strongest and most consistent here. The afternoon Ora (SSW) also blows well. The Circolo Surf is the historic club of the area, a benchmark for wind sports on the Garda. The setting is spectacular between the cliffs of Monte Brione and the turquoise waters of the lake.
