Kolovare is an urban spot located on the Zadar waterfront. Exposed to south and southwest, it catches the Jugo (SE) and Maestral (NW) winds well, blowing onshore. The body of water is open with moderate chop. It is a convenient and accessible downtown spot, suited for intermediate riders.
