Overview

Pereire is a kitesurf spot on the Bassin d'Arcachon (Gironde), on the Arcachon town beach. This inner basin spot catches the dominant South-West to North-West winds that penetrate the bay. Flat water conditions inside the sheltered basin.

Tidal spot with significant tidal range. The Arcachon basin is a very busy area with heavy boat traffic, oyster farm zones, and many water activities. Respect navigation rules and designated practice areas. A convenient urban spot for the Arcachon area.
