La Santa Lagoon is a unique flat water spot on the northwest coast of Lanzarote, near the village of La Santa and the famous Club La Santa sports resort.
The lagoon is formed by a natural rock barrier creating a sheltered pool connected to the ocean by a channel. When conditions align, it offers flat to slightly choppy water protected from the ocean swell — ideal for freestyle and flat water riding.
The spot is tide-dependent and works best at higher water levels. The channel connecting to the ocean can have strong currents.
