Caburé est un spot mythique situé à l'embouchure du Rio Preguiças, porte d'entrée des Lençóis Maranhenses. Ce banc de sable entre rivière et océan offre des conditions uniques avec du flat water côté rivière et des vagues côté mer.

Le vent est puissant et régulier, mais le spot est réservé aux riders avancés en raison des courants et de l'isolement. Un incontournable du Maranhão.
