Lagoa de Rio Pacoti is a freshwater lagoon at the mouth of the Pacoti River, southeast of Fortaleza. This flat water body offers ideal conditions for beginners in kitesurfing and wingfoil with calm and shallow waters. The Nordeste trade winds blow from east to southeast from July to February.
