Flexeiras est un spot de kitesurf situé entre Fortaleza et Jericoacoara, sur la côte du Ceará. Ce village de pêcheurs offre des conditions océaniques avec les alizés constants du Nordeste soufflant d'est à sud-est de juillet à février. Un spot tranquille et peu fréquenté pour les riders intermédiaires.
