Flexeiras is a kitesurfing spot located between Fortaleza and Jericoacoara, on the coast of Ceará. This fishing village offers ocean conditions with the steady Nordeste trade winds blowing from east to southeast from July to February. A quiet and uncrowded spot for intermediate riders.
