Rosebud is a popular kitesurfing spot located on the north coast of the Mornington Peninsula, on the shores of Port Phillip Bay, in Victoria. This family-friendly beach offers a relatively flat and shallow body of water, suited for beginners and intermediates. It is one of the most accessible spots on the Mornington Peninsula.

The prevailing south to southwest winds blow onshore on this northwest-facing beach, but northwest to west winds offer the best riding conditions. Port Phillip Bay's waters are significantly calmer than the ocean coast, with manageable small chop. In summer, afternoon thermal breezes create regular sessions.

Rosebud is a popular seaside resort with many shops and restaurants nearby. Parking is plentiful along the beach. Watch out for patrolled swimming zones and swimmers during summer.
