Seaspray is a kitesurfing spot located on the famous 90 Mile Beach, one of the longest uninterrupted beaches in the world, in Gippsland, Victoria. This vast fine sandy beach facing south offers virtually unlimited space for kitesurfing, with powerful ocean waves coming from Bass Strait.
The prevailing southwest to west winds blow side-shore to side-onshore, creating perfect conditions for wave kitesurfing and freeriding. The spot is particularly active in summer with afternoon thermal breezes. The power of the waves and the ocean exposure make it a spot reserved for intermediate to advanced riders.
Access is via the small town of Seaspray. Parking is available beachfront. Watch out for very powerful rip currents on this exposed coast. It is recommended not to ride alone due to the spot's isolation.
