Coles Beach is a kitesurfing spot located on the north coast of Tasmania, near Devonport. This beach offers sailing conditions in the waters of Bass Strait with exposure to the prevailing westerly winds.

The dominant wind comes from the west to northwest in summer. Waves are moderate and the bottom is sandy. The beach is long enough to provide good riding space.

The best season is from November to March. The spot is suitable for intermediate riders. The water is cold, a thick wetsuit is necessary. Parking accessible nearby.
