Overview

Very good spot that offers a multitude of conditions: flat water near the jetties (beginners: make sure to keep your distance for safety), swell offshore, and some waves when heading towards l'espiguette. 
  
The spot is often frequented with kites, wings and boards but you just need to move away a bit to have some space (as usual, right?)
The water remains pleasant even with 45 knots.

Parking
Large paved parking lot with public toilets. Plenty of shops 50m from the parking (restaurants, bars, bakery, convenience store)
possibility to sleep on site off-season (avoid the side close to the nightclub...)
 
Wind specificities
Westerly tendency: it's almost onshore, it can be complicated for beginners to go upwind and move away from the jetties. But nice kickers/waves.
 
Northerly tendency, it's side-shore. A bit more gusty but super flat water area near the jetty.
