Overview

Solrød Strand is a kitesurf spot on the coast of Køge Bay (Køge Bugt) south of Copenhagen. The sandy beach faces southeast toward the open bay and offers flat water and chop conditions. The spot is easily accessible from Copenhagen and offers a large shallow body of water, suitable for beginners.
