Le Mérou is a FFVL-approved kitesurf spot in Le Lavandou (Var), on the Côte d'Azur between Toulon and Saint-Tropez. Best winds are from the East to South-West arc — the thermal sea breeze and Marin/Levant directions typical of this sheltered bay.

Large free parking 50m from the shore. Bus 66, stop Saint-Lazare. Watch for palm trees near the launch area. A well-located spot with easy access in the heart of the Maures Massif coastline.
