Funtana Meiga is a kitesurf spot on the central west coast of Sardinia, in the Oristano region. The beach offers a wide sandy area and reliable wind conditions in summer thanks to the Maestrale (northwest) and thermal sea breeze. The site is relatively uncrowded compared to the more touristy spots in the north, making it a pleasant choice for riders seeking a quiet session. The sandy bottom and calm water near shore suit intermediate riders well.

Thermal wind can drop suddenly in the evening. Watch for marked swimming zones in summer. Shallow sandy bottom at the entry — foil touch-down risk. Duplicate of nearby spot 4562.
