Tsoukalia is a beach on the northeast coast of Paros, between Naoussa and the Golden Beach spots. This NE-facing bay receives the N/NNE Meltemi onshore to side-onshore, offering good conditions for intermediate kitesurfing. Tsoukalia is less known than the island's star spots (Pounda, Golden Beach), making it a quiet alternative with reliable wind. The sandy beach is surrounded by low hills typical of the Cyclades.
Tsoukalia works with the N/NNE Meltemi onshore/side-onshore. Open riding area. No kite center — self-sufficient spot. Onshore wind ensures safety. Shallow water near shore. Works from June to September.

The N/NNE Meltemi arrives onshore to side-onshore on this NE-facing bay. Good direct wind exposure, without the Venturi effect of the inter-island channels. 15-25 knots in summer. Conditions slightly more moderate than Golden Beach or Pounda. Season from June to September.
Meltemi can build to 25+ knots. Chop. Some swimmers. Little supervision. Strong sun exposure.
