This is the official spot on Mykonos island. It's also where you'll find the Duotone Pro Center where you can take lessons, rent equipment, or a locker.
The spot is less than 10 minutes from the airport. It only works with north / onshore wind (the most frequent wind on the island).
The spot isn't very wide, but you can go upwind quite far to have a bit more space.
There are wind corridors at the eastern and western ends of the spot. It's therefore ideal for practicing your jumps in transition.
The western part has small waves, the eastern part is more flat.
A shorty or a 3-2 wetsuit may be necessary, even in summer.
The spot is very good for enjoying strong wind and progressing in jumps.
If you're not very comfortable with going upwind, it's better to take a lesson (given from a boat, in deep water, on the northern part of the spot): The first few meters from the beach are very crowded.
