Warning, this is not a site recognized by the French Free Flight Federation, so technically forbidden...
Off-season, it is nevertheless a pleasant site in easterly winds, mainly in front of La Badine beach. Nice waves but a launch reserved for confirmed riders
In winter, access to the spot is easy with a short 200 m walk in the sand before reaching the spot. Warning! There have been thefts from cars, so don't leave anything visible, although this has calmed down in the last two years.
Spot opening date
Open all year round

Parking
It's best to park 150 m before the beach entrance, much more space to unpack and organize your equipment... Off-season, you'll easily find free parking spots, which is the perfect period for this spot!
Wind specificities
East, only east wind!!
In east wind this spot is awesome!!
Don't try to launch in westerly winds, the forest and buildings prevent the wind from entering properly and this makes the spot extremely gusty and dangerous.
Hazards
The beach is dangerous for launching, as it is small, bordered by stakes and trees.
No problem for confirmed riders, but really not recommended for beginners or even intermediate riders.
There may be mooring buoys, which can represent a small danger if you fall on them, as they are not necessarily visible in the waves.
When on the water, be careful not to navigate too much on the left side if you don't know the spot well... Barely visible rocks, waves, currents...
