Pineto is a kitesurf spot on the east coast of Corsica, in the northern Oriental Plain (Haute-Corse), near the Pineto beach and campsite area. This is a well-known kitesurf zone on the north Corsican east coast, driven by the classic Tramontane/Maestral (NE) and sea breeze (SE) wind pattern.

Flat water lagoon conditions behind the coastal strip. Popular with local kitesurfers and visitors. Schools operate in the area. A reference spot on the Corsican east coast circuit.
