Villefranche-sur-Mer / Cap Ferrat area — FFVL-approved kitesurf spot on the Côte d'Azur east of Nice (Alpes-Maritimes). Very close to the previous spot (ID 1119), both covering the Villefranche bay area. East and South-East winds are optimal for this sheltered Mediterranean bay.

Mediterranean spot with flat water in calm conditions. The summer thermal sea breeze (Sirocco / Levant direction) is the main wind resource. Mistral (NW) conditions are gusty and dangerous. Contact the local FFVL club for current regulations before riding. Proximity to Nice airport and Monaco requires strict navigation awareness.
