Plage du Sail Fish is a FFVL-approved kitesurf spot at the tip of the Cap-Ferret peninsula (Gironde), on the ocean side facing the Arcachon basin entrance. The technical zone varies with the tide — at low tide a wide beach and natural rip channel (baïne) provide a good space, suitable for supervised beginners. At high tide, space is reduced and entry/exit becomes more demanding.

The typical wind is a NW sea breeze (force 4-5). Important hazard: three unmarked bunkers (blockhauss) on the beach are partially submerged at high tide with large tidal coefficients — extremely dangerous. Swimmers in the baïne in summer, surfers, and surf fishermen share the spot. Access via the D106 toward Cap-Ferret tip; turn right after the Total station. The restaurant "Chez Greg" faces the parking.
