Le Prat is a beach at Pléneuf-Val-André (Côtes d'Armor), nestled between Cap d'Erquy to the west and Pointe de Pléneuf to the east. Freeride spot in westerly winds, complementary to the main Caroual beach. Wild setting with views over the Verdelet islet. O-Rider's school based at Ville-Berneuf (kitesurf, wingfoil). Kite to Breizh school also active in the area.

Works mainly in westerly winds. The Pointe de Pléneuf-Val-André can create gusts and disruptions in NW winds at high tide — similar to neighbouring Caroual. More regular wind at low tide. Check current municipal orders and authorised navigation zones before each session.
Pointe de Pléneuf-Val-André generates gusts regardless of wind direction at high tide. Cohabitation with surfers, sand yachts, bathers. Summer regulations: check with the local association or the Cap d'Erquy Val André Tourist Office for authorised zones.
