The beach stretches over one kilometer long and at least 80m wide, no space issues for takeoff. Launch facing the channel, in the center of the beach. Bordered by a chapel on the left and a mountain massif on the right. Best orientations: W/SW (waves) and NE (waves too). Swell comes in freely after several days of strong wind. Exceptional wave riding spot. Adjacent spot: Ghjunchiddu between Algajola and Île-Rousse — take the Marina di Davia road, dirt track. MONSTROUS shore break! Launch downwind of the rocks. Pure wave riding spot. No kite school in Balagne — spot for autonomous riders only. In summer (July-August) to avoid due to tourist crowds.
