Main car park GPS: 48.57045, -4.66413. Two options: hardstanding facing beach (often full) and grassy sheltered park 50m away — both to the left of the stream. In summer, additional access at Coulouarn.
Small rocky stream next to the launch zone — avoid launching towards the stream, especially at high tide when the beach narrows. Always specify "Plage de Lampaul-Ploudalmézeau - Les Trois Moutons" (not Tréompan) when contacting rescue services.
Summer (Jul-Aug) at extreme west: school zone reserved with buoys. Eastern part: yellow buoys mark the bathing zone. Rest of the beach free for kite.
Wind from W to NE is very regular — ideal NE. By South, wind is generally gusty. No obstacles downwind. Best: NE (flat, side-onshore). Schools use the west end of the beach in summer. Locals use the rest of the space.
