Saint-Valery-en-Caux is a kitesurf spot on the Côte d'Albâtre (Seine-Maritime), midway between Dieppe and Fécamp. This chalk cliff coast port town has a beach exposed to North-East, East-North-East and East winds — an axial orientation that catches winds funneling along the coast from the North Sea.

Tidal spot with a shingle/pebble beach typical of the Alabaster Coast. The harbour has a small marina — watch for boat traffic near the port entrance. Strong cliff effects can make wind gusty and variable close to the cliffs.
