L'Horizon is a kitesurf spot at Cap-Ferret (Gironde), very close to the Plage du Sail Fish spot on the ocean side of the peninsula tip. This Atlantic-facing beach catches the dominant North and South axial winds along the Cap-Ferret coastline, as well as the NW sea breeze.

Ocean spot with tidal exposure. The Cap-Ferret tip is a dynamic area with the Arcachon basin entrance nearby creating currents. Watch for the unmarked blockhauss bunkers partially submerged at high tide (same hazard as the Sail Fish spot). Experienced riders recommended for the ocean-facing side.
