Overview

Les Cavaliers is the most northern beach of the Anglet lineup, at the mouth of the Adour river. It is one of the best-known spots on the Basque coast and receives strong northwest and west winds with Atlantic swell. The beach forms a natural amphitheatre between the pine forest and the ocean. Demanding conditions — powerful waves and strong rip currents.
