Overview

La Caserne is a kitesurf spot near Gâvres (Morbihan, Brittany), on the outer Atlantic shore of the Gâvres peninsula. The name refers to a former military barracks in the area. This west-facing beach catches the dominant South-West to West Atlantic winds.

Good Atlantic swell and consistent winds. Tide-dependent. A solid option for riders in the Lorient / Gâvres area looking for westerly wind sessions.
