Overview

L'Adour is a kitesurf spot at the mouth of the Adour river at Bayonne-Anglet, at the junction between the Basque coast and the Landes coast. The spot benefits from south and southwest winds entering the river estuary. The port of Bayonne creates strong maritime traffic — a technical and demanding spot requiring knowledge of local navigation rules.
