Overview

Dieppe is a kitesurf spot on the Côte d'Albâtre (Seine-Maritime), at the largest port city on this chalk cliff coast. The beach faces north and catches North, North-North-East, North-East, West and West-North-West winds — a good range for a north-facing beach.

Tidal spot with a pebble/shingle beach typical of the Alabaster Coast. Boat traffic from the Dieppe-Newhaven ferry service — respect navigation rules near the port. The dramatic chalk cliff backdrop and castle make this a visually striking spot.
