La Mondree is a kitesurf spot on the Côte des Îles (Manche), on the north-west Cotentin coast near Les Pieux. The beach faces west toward the Channel Islands, with the dominant wind being North-East — a side-offshore wind for this west-facing coast, common when continental high pressure dominates.
