Jonville is a kitesurf spot on the Côte des Îles (Manche), on the north-west Cotentin coast between Portbail and Barneville-Carteret. This west-facing beach has a particular orientation that favours South winds — the onshore sea breeze blowing from the south along this section of coast.

Tidal spot with a wide sandy beach. A quieter local spot on the scenic Côte des Îles, named for the nearby offshore islands (Chausey, Jersey). Good natural setting with marshes and dunes behind the beach.
