Kitesurf spot at La Luzeronde on the eastern shore of Noirmoutier Island (Vendée). Semi-sheltered water facing the mainland, with shallow water at low tide – ideal for beginners and foil sessions in light wind. The beach is accessible from the Noirmoutier bridge.

Works mainly with South-West and North-West winds. Wind is generally more regular than on the Atlantic side thanks to the island's partial shelter. Tide-sensitive: the water area expands considerably at low tide.
Tide-dependent spot – check tidal coefficients before heading out. At high tide, the water area shrinks significantly. Currents possible in channels. Respect swimming areas during summer.
