Overview

Ouistreham is a kitesurf spot on the beach at Ouistreham (Calvados), at the entrance to the Orne canal and the port of Caen. Very close to the Riva-Bella spot, this north-facing beach catches North-East and North-West onshore winds.

Tidal spot. Be aware of ferry and commercial boat traffic at the busy Brittany Ferries port. Sandy beach with good access. A convenient spot for riders from the Caen area.
