Overview

Tréompan is the more wave-exposed part of the Lampaul-Ploudalmézeau / Saint-Pabu beach strip, to the west. Receives more Atlantic swell than the Trois-Moutons flat zone. Wave kiting for confirmed riders in autumn/winter swell. Located on Natura 2000 dune habitat.
