The spot is ideal in NW wind, easy access, there are almost always people to help launch/land. The local KS Association O'Také is present and does a lot for the safety of riders. No problem with available space for launching/landing. Ideal place to start and navigate the W coast of Oléron island.

Limited parking spaces, especially in summer, but free parking!
Hazards
In summer there are some boats at anchor just in front of the beach, it's forbidden to pass between the boats, you must go around them. At low tide, there is a rocky plateau slightly to the left with the beach at your back, to be avoided, be vigilant when foiling when it's not visible and don't hesitate to ask locals for more details.
