Gruissan Plage — Main beach of Gruissan facing the Mediterranean. Works by both Tramontane (offshore flat) and Marin SE (onshore waves/surf). Central beach with all amenities, between Plage des Chalets (south) and Narbonne-Plage (north).
Surf spot by Marin — famous for beach-break. Kite and windsurf when conditions allow. SUP in calm weather.

Gruissan town with all facilities: restaurants, shops, accommodation, showers. Easy parking along the beach. 15 km from Narbonne.
Tramontane (NW): offshore flat. Marin (SE): onshore waves, beachbreak. Massif de la Clape behind Gruissan can disturb Tramontane — gusty near town, better at Plage des Chalets or Vieille Nouvelle.
Tramontane offshore — pushes towards open sea, expert only. Gusty, especially near shore. Shore break by Marin. Summer restrictions — kite zones regulated June-September. Chalets-on-stilts area — avoid.
