Le Men-Du is a FFVL-approved kitesurf spot on the Quiberon peninsula (Morbihan, Brittany), on the east (sheltered) side of the peninsula. The spot is accessible from 3.50m water depth and is shared with windsurfers.
Best winds are from South to South-East, which blow onshore on this side of the peninsula. A complementary spot to La CĂ´te Sauvage on the west side when south-easterly winds prevail.
