Boggy Lake is a freshwater kitesurfing spot located in South Australia, in the Murray River lakes region. This inland lake is a duplicate of Boggy Lake (ID 2973) and offers the same excellent flat water conditions for freestyle and learning. The prevailing wind comes from the south-west in summer. The water is flat and shallow, with no tides or ocean swell. The lake offers safe conditions ideal for beginners and freestyle. The best period is from November to March. The spot is isolated with little infrastructure. Access via a dirt track from the main road. Self-sufficiency is recommended.
