Seatoun Beach is a kitesurf spot located at the eastern entrance of Wellington Harbour, in the Wellington region, on the North Island of New Zealand. This small beach faces Cook Strait and benefits from south and north winds that funnel through the strait. The dominant winds come from the south and north. The spot is suitable for advanced kitesurfers due to the exposure to Cook Strait, currents at the harbour entrance and limited space. The beach is small and the riding area can be restricted.
