Saint-Laurent-du-Var is a FFVL-approved kitesurf spot west of Nice (Alpes-Maritimes), at the nautical centre near the Cap 3000 shopping centre. Best winds are East and South-East for safe flat-water riding (sheltered from waves by the airport). Mistral (W/SW) is reserved for experienced riders only — jetties and airport infrastructure downwind.

Do not launch outside the nautical centre beach. Navigation forbidden in the windsurfing school basins. The Nice airport is immediately adjacent — a strictly no-fly zone overhead. Access summer: restricted to outside peak season (mid-June to mid-September); year-round possible from behind the Var river outlet near the yacht club. Park at Cap 3000, walk to the beach.
