Jaycee Park is a public park in Vero Beach, on the barrier island between the Atlantic and the Indian River. The park offers east-facing beach access with parking and facilities. It is one of the most convenient launch points for kitesurfing in Vero Beach, with a large launch area on the beach. View of the Atlantic Ocean and the nearby Vero Beach Pier.
