Sumner Lake is a kitesurf spot located in New Mexico, at 1314 m altitude. This dam lake on the Pecos River offers a flat water area with dominant southwest and west winds. The windy conditions of eastern New Mexico's plains make it a consistent spot for kitesurfing. The spot is suitable for intermediate riders with good sailing space.
