Lake Perris Reservoir is a kitesurf spot located on a reservoir southeast of Riverside, California. This lake offers afternoon west to southwest thermal winds and a flat water area ideal for kitesurfing. Conditions are suitable for intermediate riders. The state park offers good access and facilities.
