Ft. Supply is a kitesurf spot on Fort Supply Lake in northwestern Oklahoma. This reservoir offers powerful and consistent south winds on the Great Plains of western Oklahoma. Sparsely populated area with plenty of space. Wind is often stronger here than in the OKC area due to the lack of obstacles. Isolated spot but with basic amenities at the State Park. Season from April to November.

Freshwater with variable visibility. Water temperature from 5°C in winter to 27°C in summer. Good fetch. Muddy to sandy bottom. Moderate to strong chop. Variable lake level. Shorty in summer, 4/3 wetsuit in spring/fall.
TORNADOES: monitor weather constantly. Violent supercell thunderstorms April to June with lightning, giant hail, and destructive winds. Very powerful plain winds often exceeding 35 knots. Isolation: rescue services distant. Rattlesnakes and water moccasins.
