Newcastle Beach Park is a kitesurfing spot on the southeast shore of Lake Washington, in the city of Bellevue, Washington. This municipal park offers lake access in a lush residential setting. Dense boat traffic on Lake Washington: recreational boats, sailboats, kayaks, and seaplanes. Swimming area very busy in summer: watch for swimmers and children. Seaplane landing paths to avoid. Winds sometimes irregular in the urban setting. Cold water in spring and fall. Respect park rules and designated zones.
