Tatsuta is a kitesurfing spot in Aichi Prefecture, in the northern part of Ise Bay. This inner bay spot offers moderate wind conditions with exposure to northwest winds in winter and south winds in summer.
The water is well sheltered in the bay with relatively flat conditions. Tides are present. Suited for beginners and intermediate riders.
