Spodsbjerg (Drejet Beach) is a spot on the east coast of Langeland, facing the Great Belt (Storebælt). The spot works in winds with an easterly component (NE to S). Shallow water near shore, suitable for beginners. Significant ocean currents in the Great Belt. Parking 50 m from the beach.

Shallow water with sandbanks near the beach. Flat to choppy water depending on wind. The Great Belt can get deep quickly, especially north of the main area. Water level variation of 30-40 cm. Sandy bottom with some shells and stones.
Significant ocean currents in the Great Belt — check conditions before session (SailSafe app recommended). Bottom posts and stakes in the water. Ferry and ship traffic at Spodsbjerg harbour. Swimmers in summer (June-August). Small stones on the beach.
