Liseleje is a magnificent beach on the "Danish Riviera" on the north coast of Zealand facing the Kattegat. With its white sand, dunes and forest, it's a renowned wave spot where big steep waves break over the sandbars. A large car park near the breakwater allows rigging on the grass area. Most riders launch eastward, but waves are meatier 500m to the west.
Big steep waves over sandbars allowing several bottom-turns. Sandy bottom with sandbank formations. Conditions range from moderate to powerful depending on wind strength. Cool Kattegat water requiring a wetsuit in all seasons.
