Overview

Compton Bay is a stunning spot on the southwest coast of the Isle of Wight, facing the English Channel. The sandy beach framed by cliffs offers good conditions with southwest winds and waves. One of the best spots on the island for wave kitesurfing, with a preserved natural setting.

Unstable cliffs — do not approach the base of the cliffs. Currents. Rocks at low tide. Reduced beach at high tide.
