Marselis Strand (Marselisborg Strand) is an urban spot in Aarhus, on the east coast of Jutland in Aarhus Bay. Beach of about 1000 m long with fine white sand, bordered by the Marselisborg Forest. Marselisborg Yacht Harbour is located just to the north. Spot suitable for freeride and freestyle in sheltered bay conditions.

Aarhus Bay waters, flat to choppy. Gradually deepening bottom with sand, pebbles and stones. Conditions remain relatively sheltered compared to the open Kattegat. Chop increases in sustained east/northeast winds. Wetsuit required year-round.
Marselisborg Yacht Harbour (Lystbadehavn) mole to avoid — structure extending into the bay north of the spot. Rows of large coastal erosion protection stones along the beach — hazard during water entry and exit. Ferry and ship traffic in Aarhus Bay and the Kattegat. Many swimmers in summer on this urban family beach. Occasional jellyfish in late summer.
